- In 2001, we introduced the technology and key materials of Germany-based MORA Metrology GmbH, and developed non-encapsulated three-phase dry-type transformer of SG10 which is safe and environment-friendly and obtains the "National Key New Product" Certificate. We have passed all tests of China National Transformer Quality Supervision Testing Center and national technical appraisal of new products, and currently we are the only manufacturer introducing such technology in China.
- On September 11, 2002: obtained the Utility Model Patent Certificate for “a dry-type transformer winding” of non-encapsulated transformer
- In 2006, the Company introduced a whole set of “dry-type infusion transformer technology” from PC company of Germany and the latest infusion equipment from HÜBERS of Germany. The cast-resin dry-type transformers so manufactured have become the hit products of the Company.
- In 2006, under the authorization of the Yinzhou District Science and Technology Bureau of Ningbo, the transformer engineering technology R&D center was set up.
- In 2007, we successfully developed the SH15 and SBH15 amorphous alloy transformer which is energy-saving and environment-friendly and the latest energy-saving S13 transformer.
- In 2008, we became the cooperation training center for transformer technical personnel of Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University.
- In 2008, we successfully developed the SBH15 amorphous alloy transformer which is energy-saving and environment-friendly and the energy-saving oil immersed S13 transformer.
- In 2009, the Company successfully developed the S13 energy-saving dry-type transformer and 20KV dry-type transformer.
- On January 21, 2009, obtained the Utility Model Patent Certificates for “a combined type winding die”, “a rectangle winding die” and “a long circle winding die”.
- On April 15, 2009, obtained the Utility Model Patent Certificates for “a new type of foil coil” and “a lock nut”.
- On May 6, 2009, obtained the Utility Model Patent Certificates for “hollow bolt with left-hand threaded construction”, “hexahedral hollow bolt with double-nut construction”, “double-section hollow bolt with double-nut construction”, “hollow bolt with main and auxiliary cutting surface of double-nut structure” and “combined cored screw”.
- In July to October, 2009, obtained five Design Patent Certificates for “double-nut hollow bolt (YJ-01, YJ-02, YJ-03, YJ-04, YJ-05)”.
